In section 29(1) of the 1962 Order, after the words–

  • “Langstone Harbour Fishermen’s Association–

    • 1 representative;”,

there shall be inserted the words–

  • “Royal Society for the Protection of Birds–

    • 1 representative;

  • Environment Agency–

    • 1 representative;”.
