(2) In this Act “high judicial office” means such office within the meaning of Part 3 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 or membership of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council; and “the Minister” means, in relation to the Law Commission the Lord Chancellor and in relation to the Scottish Law Commission . . . the Scottish Ministers.
