  "text": "(1) Council Decision 2000/375/JHA of 29 May 2000 to combat child pornography on the internet is amended as follows.\n(2) In Article 1—\n(a) in paragraph 1—\n(i) for “Within the framework of Decision No 276/1999/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and in” substitute “ In ”;\n(ii) for “Member States” substitute “ the Secretary of State ”;\n(b) in paragraph 2 omit “, and taking account of the administrative structure of each Member State,”;\n(c) in paragraph 3 for “Member States” substitute “ The Secretary of State ”.\n(3) Omit Article 2.\n(4) In Article 3—\n(a) in the paragraph before sub-paragraph (a)—\n(i) for “Member States” in the first place where it occurs substitute “ The Secretary of State ”;\n(ii) omit the second sentence;\n(iii) for “they” in the last sentence substitute “ the Secretary of State ”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (c), omit “in accordance with the Council resolution of 17 January 1995 on the lawful interception of telecommunications”.\n(5) In Article 4, for “Member States” substitute “ The Secretary of State ”.\n(6) Omit Articles 5 to 8.",
