(1) The Control of Explosives Precursors etc. Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)—
(a) omit the definition of “EEA State”;
(b) omit the definition of “member State”;

(3) In regulation 12 (supply of tier 1 substances)—
