  "text": "In this Part—\n“the 2003 Act” means the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 ;\n“the 2017 Regulations” means the Criminal Justice (European Investigation Order) Regulations 2017 ;\n“central authority” has the same meaning as in the 2017 Regulations;\n“country” has the same meaning as in Part 1 of the 2003 Act;\n“EU prisoner” has the same meaning as in the 2017 Regulations;\n“participating State” has the same meaning as in the 2017 Regulations;\n“prisoner” has the same meanings as in the 2017 Regulations.",
