  "text": "(1) The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Designation of Participating Countries) (Scotland) Order 2009 is amended as follows.\n(2) For article 2 substitute—\n“\n2 Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden are designated as participating countries under section 51(2)(b) of the 2003 Act ....”.\n(3) Omit article 3.",
