Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8C(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018f1.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House, in accordance with paragraph 8F(1) of Schedule 7 to that Actf2.
