# Law of Commons Amendment Act 1893, Section 2: Consent of Board of Agriculture essential to inclosure.


An inclosure or approvement of any part of a common purporting to be made under the statute of Merton and the statute of Westminster the second, or either of such statutes, shall not be valid unless it is made with the consent of the Secretary of State.
