  "text": "Nothing in the last two foregoing sections shall—\n(a) invalidate dispositions by will; or\n(b) affect any interest validly created before the commencement of this Act; or\n(c) affect the right to acquire an interest in land by virtue of taking possession; or\n(d) affect the operation of the law relating to part performance.",
