# Law of Property (Amendment) Act 1929, Section 1: Relief of under-lessees against breach of covenant.


Nothing in subsection (8), subsection (9) or subsection (10) of section one hundred and forty-six of the Law of Property Act, 1925 (which relates to restrictions on and relief against forfeiture of leases and under-leases), shall affect the provisions of subsection (4) of the said section.
