# Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1934, Section 4: Short title and extent.


(1) —This Act may be cited as the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1934.
(2) This Act shall not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland.
