  "long_title": "The Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (c. 32) requires lay visitors to attend designated police stations and to report to the Northern Ireland Policing Board about the visit. Section 73(3)(c) empowers the Secretary of State to require such reports to deal with such matters as he may specify. This Order requires the report to deal with the conduct of interviews with detainees.",
