# The Lay Visitors' Reports Order 2005, Article 2: Lay Visitors' Reports


The Northern Ireland Policing Board shall require the report by a lay visitor specified in section 73(2) of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 to deal with the conduct of interviews with detainees.
