  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Learner Travel Information (Wales) Regulations 2009 which set out the information required to be published by local authorities about travel arrangements made under the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008.\nThe amendment adds the travel behaviour code made by the Welsh Ministers under section 12 of the Measure to the information to be published.",
