  "text": "(1) Section 6 of the Transport Act 1985 (registration of local services) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1B)—\n(a) omit “section 509(1) or (1A),” in paragraph (a);\n(b) omit “or” at the end of paragraph (b);\n(c) after paragraph (c) insert—\n“(d) the obligation placed on a local authority by sections 3 or 4 of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008; or\n(e) the exercise of the power of a local authority under section 6 of that Measure.”\n(3) In subsection (1C)(a), for “or (c)” substitute “ , (c), (d) or (e) ”.",
