  "text": "(1) Regulations may make provision for the supervision of learners using learner transport provided or otherwise secured by a relevant body.\n(2) Regulations under subsection (1) may (among other things)—\n(a) confer powers or impose duties on a relevant body;\n(b) make provision about training for persons supervising learners.",
