  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings the provisions of the Learning and Skills Act 2000 specified in Part I of the Schedule into force on 3rd August 2000, the provision of that Act specified in Part II of the Schedule into force on 10th August 2000 and the provisions of that Act specified in Part III of the Schedule into force on 1st September 2000.",
