  "text": "In section 18 of that Act (further education corporation: powers)—\n(a) after subsection (1)(b) insert “ and those powers are referred to in section 19 of this Act as the corporation’s principal powers ”;\n(b) subsections (4) to (6) shall cease to have effect.",
