# Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009, Section 23: Local curricula: Welsh language


After section 33A of the Learning and Skills Act 2000 (c. 21) insert—
“Local curricula: Welsh language
33B The Welsh Ministers must exercise their functions in relation to local curricula so as to promote access to and availability of courses of study which are taught through the medium of the Welsh language.”
