Section 42 Amendments to the Learning and Skills Act 2000I1

The Learning and Skills Act 2000 (c. 21) is amended in accordance with this section.

In subsection (1) of section 126 of that Act, after “section 123(1)(a) or (b)” insert “ or section 40(1)(a) or (b) of the Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009 ”.

In subsection (1)(a) of section 127 of that Act, after “section 123(1)” insert “ or section 40(1) of the Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009 ”.
