  "heading": "Prescribed statements in new long leases",
  "text": "(1) This section applies to a lease of land which—\n(a) has a long term, and\n(b) is granted on or after the day on which section 1 comes into force.\n(2) If the lease is not a long residential lease of a house, the lease must include a statement to that effect.\n(3) If the lease is a permitted lease, the lease must include a statement to that effect.\n(4) A statement under subsection (2) or (3) must comply with such requirements as may be prescribed by land registration rules under the Land Registration Act 2002.\n(5) This section does not apply to—\n(a) a lease with a long term only by virtue of falling within section 3(5);\n(b) a lease which takes effect as a deemed surrender and regrant of a lease.",
