  "heading": "Long residential leases of houses",
  "text": "(1) A lease is a “long residential lease of a house” if conditions A to C are met in relation to the lease.\n(2) Condition A: the lease has a long term (see sections 3 and 4).\n(3) Condition B: the lease demises one house (see section 5), with or without appurtenant property, and nothing else.\n(4) Condition C: the lease is a residential lease (see section 6).",
