# Leasehold Reform Act 1967, Paragraph 4

Extent: E+W

Where an order has been made under paragraph 2 above, the court ... shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any proceedings brought by virtue of the order to recover possession of the property or to recover the compensation, notwithstanding that by reason of the value of the property or the amount of the compensation the proceedings are not within the jurisdiction conferred on the county court apart from this provision.
