  "text": "(1) This Act applies to Crown land.\n(2) Land is Crown land if there is or has at any time been an interest or estate in the land—\n(a) comprised in the Crown Estate,\n(b) belonging to Her Majesty in right of the Duchy of Lancaster,\n(c) belonging to the Duchy of Cornwall, or\n(d) belonging to a government department or held on behalf of Her Majesty for the purposes of a government department.",
