  "text": "(1) A fee shall be payable within 14 days of the date on which the request for payment was issued by the tribunal and shall be paid to the address specified in the request for payment.\n(2) The fee shall be paid in cash or by a cheque or postal order drawn in favour of the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions where the application is to be heard by a tribunal sitting in England and in favour of the Welsh Office where the application is to be heard by a tribunal sitting in Wales.",
