  "heading": "Temporary stoppage of roads",
  "text": "(1) During and for the purpose of the execution of the authorised works, the Executive may temporarily stop up and interfere with the whole or any part of any road to the extent of the limits of deviation, or, if different, the limits of land to be acquired or used shown on the deposited plans, and may for any reasonable time divert the traffic therefrom and prevent all persons, other than those bona fide going to or from any land, house or building abutting on the said part of the road, from passing along and using the same.\n(2) The Executive shall provide reasonable access for foot passengers bona fide going to or from any such land, house or building.",
