  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Legal Advice and Assistance (Scope) Regulations 1989 by extending the scope of assistance by way of representation (ABWOR) to proceedings under the Matrimonial Proceedings (Magistrates' Courts) Act 1960 (which, notwithstanding its repeal by the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978, is preserved in relation to existing orders) and section 10A of the Fire Precautions Act 1971.",
