Coming into force 26th January 1995
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 35(6) of the Legal Aid Act 1988, hereby makes the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 36(2) of the Legal Aid Act 1988, been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:—
