  "text": "Legal Services, England And Wales\nProbate Services\nMade 8th December 2009\nLaid before Parliament 8th December 2009\nComing into force 30th December 2009\nThe Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 208(2) of, and paragraph 5(2) and (5)(b) of Schedule 22 to, the Legal Services Act 2007.\nThe Lord Chancellor has made orders in respect of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants under paragraph 4 of Schedule 9 to the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, in accordance with paragraph (5)(1)(c) of Schedule 22 to the Legal Services Act 2007.",
