  "text": "(1) Section 281 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2)(b) for “an individual” substitute “a person”.\n(3) In subsection (2)(c) for—\n(a) “an individual” substitute “ a person”;\n(b) “him” substitute “the person”; and\n(c) “his” substitute “the person’s”.",
