# The Legal Services Act 2007 (Levy) Rules 2010, Article 11: Interest payable on late payment


If payment is not made by a leviable body in accordance with the requirements of rules 9 and 10, the Board is entitled to charge interest on any amount unpaid at the rate which is for the time being specified in section 17(1) of the Judgments Act 1838 in relation to a judgment debt.
