Article 9 Making payment

Subject to rule 10, the amount of levy that a leviable body is required to pay to the Board under rule 4 must be paid in full by the leviable body no later than—

(a)

31st March 2010; or

(b)

if later, the end of the period of 28 days starting with the date of the notice given to the leviable body in accordance with rule 4(2).
