In section 57 (non-contentious business agreements)—
(a) in subsection (2) for “stamps” substitute “ taxes ”,
(b) in subsection (5)—
(i) for “taxation” substitute “ assessment ”, and
(ii) for “taxing officer” substitute “ costs officer ”, and
(c) in subsection (7)—
(i) for “taxation” substitute “ assessment ”, and
(ii) for “taxing officer” substitute “ costs officer ”.
