# Legal Services Act 2007, Paragraph 60


In section 64 (form of bill of costs for contentious business)—
(a) in subsection (3) for “taxed” substitute “ assessed ”, and
(b) in subsection (4)—
(i) for “taxed” substitute “ assessed ”,
(ii) for “taxation” substitute “ assessment ”, and
(iii) for “taxing officer” (in both places) substitute “ costs officer ”.
