# Legal Services Act 2007, Paragraph 72


In section 80 (powers to act on behalf of Society)—
(a) in subsection (1) for “of any instrument made under it” substitute “ any other enactment (or of any instrument made under this Act or any other enactment) ”, and
(b) omit subsection (2).
