  "text": "(1) Section 8 (removal or restoration of name at solicitor's request) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2) for “Council” substitute “ Society ”.\n(3) In subsection (4) for “Master of the Rolls” substitute “ High Court ”.\n(4) After that subsection insert—\n“(4A) In relation to an appeal under subsection (4) the High Court may make such order as it thinks fit as to payment of costs.\n(4B) The decision of the High Court on an appeal under subsection (4) shall be final.”\n(5) Omit subsection (5).",
