# Legal Services Act 2007, Paragraph 19


(1) Section 31 (application of Schedule 5) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2) omit—
(a) “or complaint” (in each place), and
(b) “or paragraph (b)”.
(3) In subsection (3), for “and 12” substitute “ to 12A ”.
(4) In subsection (4) omit “or complaint”.
