  "text": "(1) Any power of the Scottish Ministers to make regulations under the preceding Parts of this Act is exercisable by statutory instrument.\n(2) The regulations may—\n(a) make different provision for different purposes,\n(b) include such incidental, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision as the Scottish Ministers consider necessary or expedient for the purposes of or in connection with the regulations.\n(3) But—\n(a) a statutory instrument containing regulations under—\n(i) section 6(6),\n(ii) section 12(2)(c) or (5),\n(iii) section 38(7),\n(iv) section 44(1),\n(v) section 45(1),\n(vi) section 48(6)(a)(i),\n(vii) section 49(4),\n(viii) section 67(3),\n(ix) section 70(10),\n(x) section 93(2)(f),\n(xi) section 100(5)(b),\n(xii) section 104(2)(f),\n(xiii) section 111(5)(b), or\n(xiv) section 112(1),\nis not to be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament,\n(b) a statutory instrument containing any other regulations under the preceding Parts of this Act is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the Parliament.",
