  "heading": "Pretending to be licensed",
  "text": "(1) A person commits an offence if the person—\n(a) pretends to be a licensed provider, or\n(b) takes or uses any name, title, addition or description implying falsely that the person is a licensed provider.\n(2) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.",
