# The Legislation (Wales) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019, Article 3: Amendment of references to day on which Part 2 of the 2019 Act comes fully into force


In section 3(1) of the 2019 Act—
(a) in paragraph (b), for “the day on which this Part comes fully into force” substitute “1 January 2020”;
(b) in paragraph (c), for “that day” substitute “1 January 2020”.
