# Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, Paragraph 11: Application of requirement to lay statutory instrument before Senedd Cymru


(1) This paragraph applies where the post-commencement enactment does not provide that subordinate legislation is subject to—
(a) the Senedd approval procedure,
(b) the Senedd confirmation procedure, or
(c) the Senedd annulment procedure.
(2) The statutory instrument containing the subordinate legislation must be laid before Senedd Cymru (whether or not the enactment already provides for this) in accordance with section 37F, as modified in paragraph 15.
