# Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, Paragraph 7: Application of Part


This Part applies in relation to subordinate legislation that is to be made under a post-commencement enactment—
(a) by the Welsh Ministers and another person, other than a devolved Welsh authority (within the meaning given by section 157A of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32));
(b) by statutory instrument.
