# Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, Paragraph 8: Application of Senedd approval procedure


(1) This paragraph applies where the post-commencement enactment provides that the subordinate legislation is subject to the “Senedd approval procedure”.
(2) The subordinate legislation is subject to the Senedd approval procedure referred to in section 37C, as modified in paragraph 12.
