# Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, Paragraph 10: Modified Senedd approval procedure


(1) Sub-paragraph (2) is a modification of the Senedd approval procedure in section 37C that is applicable to an Order in Council.
(2) The Order in Council may not be made unless a draft of the statutory instrument containing it has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, Senedd Cymru.
