  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies where the post-commencement enactment provides that the Order in Council, or the statutory instrument containing it, is subject to the “Senedd approval procedure”.\n(2) The Order in Council is subject to the Senedd approval procedure referred to in section 37C, as modified in paragraph 10.",
