# Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, Paragraph 8: Application of Senedd annulment procedure


(1) This paragraph applies where the post-commencement enactment provides that the Order in Council, or the statutory instrument containing it, is subject to the “Senedd annulment procedure”.
(2) The Order in Council is subject to the Senedd annulment procedure referred to in section 37E, as modified in paragraph 11.
