# Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, Section 30: Day on which an Act of Senedd Cymru comes into force


Where the coming into force of an Act of Senedd Cymru, or of a provision in an Act of Senedd Cymru , is not provided for in an enactment, the Act or provision comes into force at the beginning of the day after the day on which the Act receives Royal Assent.
