  "text": "(1) This section applies where an enactment provides that subordinate legislation to be made by Welsh statutory instrument is subject to the “Senedd approval procedure”.\n(2) The subordinate legislation may not be made unless a draft of the Welsh statutory instrument containing it has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, Senedd Cymru.",
