  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—\n(a) Part 1;\n(b) section 6(2) and (3);\n(c) the other provisions in Part 2, so far as they apply to this Act;\n(d) Part 3;\n(e) this Part.\n(2) So far as it is not brought into force by subsection (1), Part 2 comes into force on a day appointed by an order made by the Welsh Ministers.\n(3) An order under subsection (2)—\n(a) must be made by statutory instrument;\n(b) may include transitory, transitional or saving provision.",
