  "text": "(1) An order under this Part must be made by statutory instrument.\n(2) A Minister may not make an order under this Part unless—\n(a) he has consulted in accordance with section 13;\n(b) following that consultation, he has laid a draft order and explanatory document before Parliament in accordance with section 14; and\n(c) the order is made, as determined under section 15, in accordance with—\n(i) the negative resolution procedure (see section 16);\n(ii) the affirmative resolution procedure (see section 17); or\n(iii) the super-affirmative resolution procedure (see section 18).\n(3) Paragraph 4 of Schedule 8 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (procedure for certain modifications of assimilated direct legislation ...) does not apply in relation to orders under this Part.",
